Our customer service coordinator is the first point of contact for handling customer inquiries to our killer real estate website This person will be responsible for providing a consistent and immediate response to all incoming buyer and seller leads for the team. Cultivates all leads over time using customer service calls and emails in order to move the customer from inquiry to appointment. Maintains lead contact database and ensures that all systems and processes run efficiently, making improvements as needed.

Responsibilities: Manage and answer all leads registered through our website, making sure that all communications are being logged completely in database and if needed, to transfer/assign leads to appropriate agent. Answer and process all incoming calls and emails. Contact leads via phone, text, or email immediately (within 5 minutes) after they have registered on our site.
Track daily calls/emails. Match clients in database to Pre-MLS and plug into Best-Fit Leads. Follow our implementation system for new leads and track them in the database. Generate reports to track lead conversion and measure the success of our lead generation efforts. Execute all touch campaigns under the direction of a supervisor. This includes the 33 Touch, Agent to Agent 12×12, Seller 8×8, and any others we add.

Narrative Description:

Customer service coordination will require both an administrative mind as well as a sales orientation. Prior experience in real estate is preferred, but not necessary. This person will take ownership of the leads and actively work to create systems that maximize effectiveness at converting them. This person will track their successes and offer suggestions for improvement in follow up, technique and tools. This person will be disciplined about time management. They will need to be task focused in order to complete all the work. This person will be actively working to convert massive amounts of the team’s leads into appointments through personalized follow up. This person must be a well-organized, service-minded individual with good interpersonal skills.

Hours:  30-40 hrs/wk flexible hours

Compensation: Hourly w/bonuses
